摘要
目的探索武汉东湖磨山景区综合疗养对高血压患者血压的影响。方法采用回顾性研究,对2009—2013年到武汉疗养院疗养的216例高血压患者入院、出院时的血压进行统计和分析。结果 216例高血压患者在15 d的疗养期内,血压由入院时的(149.2±7.8)/(92.6±6.2)mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)降至出院时的(139.4±6.8)/(88.6±5.4)mmHg,通过统计学分析,P<0.01,出院血压较入院血压有明显下降。结论武汉东湖磨山景区综合疗养对高血压患者有明显的辅助治疗作用。
Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive recuperation on the blood pressure of hypertension sufferers at Donghu Moshang Scenic Region in Wuhan.Methods 216 cases of hypertension sufferers admitted to Wuhan Sanatorium from 2009 to 2013 were retrospectively studied, and the blood pressure at admission and discharge time were statistically summed and analyzed.Results The blood pressure of 216 hypertension sufferers went down from（149.2±7.8）/（92.6 ± 6.2）mmHg at admission to（139.4 ±6.8）/（88.6 ±5.4）mmHg after 15 days of recuperation at Wuhan sanatorium, and statistical analysis showed P〈 0.01 .The blood pressure at discharge decreased significantly compared with that at admission.Conclusion The comprehensive recuperation at Donghu Moshang Scenic Region in Wuhan has obvious supportive therapeutic efficacy on the blood pressure of hypertension sufferers.
