摘要
以三甲基-β-环糊精(TM-β-CD)为手性选择剂,采用高效毛细管电泳手性分离维拉帕米。考察了不同的手性选择剂及其浓度、缓冲液浓度和pH、分离电压等的影响。结果表明,在以15mmol/LTris-10mmol/L磷酸(含20mmol/LTM-β-CD,pH2.62)为运行缓冲溶液、分离电压18kV的条件下,维拉帕米可在8min内获得良好分离。
A high performance capillary eletrophoresis was established for the chiral separation of verapamil using trimethyl-β-cyclodextrin (TM-β-CD) as chiral selective reagent. The effects of kinds and concentrations of chiral selective reagents, concentrations and pH values of the buffer solution, operation voltages were investigated, respectively. The results showed that verapamil could be successfully chirally separated within 8 rain at 18kV high voltage, with the running buffer solution of 15mmol/L Tris- 10mmol/L phosphoric acid (containing 20mmol/L TM-β-CD, pH 2.62).
