手性药物对映体分离分析测定技术的有效性,为手性药物的生理、药理及临床应用研究奠定了基础,毛细管电泳法是一种常用于拆分手性药物的新兴的分离技术,随着研究的深入,毛细管电泳法用于手性拆分会越来越完善。
Effectively of segregation analysis technology for chiral drugs is to establish the basic for research of physiology,pharmacology and clinical application .Capillary eletrophoresis is a newly rising isolation technics,which usually used to separate chiral drugs.Along with lucubrate stepwise,capillary eletrophoresis will become more and more consummate.
