摘要
在毛细管电泳芯片上 ,采用CD SDS MEKC模式 ,对FITC标记的 3种氨基酸对映体进行了手性分离研究。CD种类、浓度、SDS浓度以及各种添加剂对氨基酸对映体拆分有影响 ,认定γ CD对FITC标记的氨基酸手性识别能力较强 ,在含有 5mmol/Lγ CD和 30mmol/LSDS的 10mmol/L ,pH 10 .0的硼砂缓冲溶液中 。
The chiral separation 4 three amino acids labeled with fluorescein 5-isothiocyanate (FITC) was demonstrated on glass chip using cyclodextrin (CD)-sodiam dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-micellar electrokinetic, capillary chromatography (MEKC) and laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection. The effect of types and concentration of CD, concentration of SDS, and different Additives on chiral separation of amino acids was investigated. gamma-CD was, found to be effective in this respect. A buffer system consisting of 10 mmol/L borax (pH 10.0), 30 mmol/L of SDS, and 5 mmol/L gamma-CD as chiral selector provided good chiral separation of FITC-amino acid enantiomers tested.
