摘要
在 4 0mmol/L ,PH值为 2 .5的磷酸二氢钠缓冲液中 ,分别以 β 环糊精和HP β 环糊精 (取代度为 5.5)及二者的混合物为手性添加剂对 1 0种市售药物作了毛细管电泳分离 ,探讨了手性药物在环糊精中的嵌入型“包合络合作用” ,以及环糊精第二面上的羟基群在药物分离过程中的“边缘作用” .
Some basal research was done in capillary electrophoresis for separation of ten enantiomeric pairs of marketed drugs upon addition of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) or hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD,the substitution degree is 5.5) or their mixture to the run buffer which contained 40 mmol/L sodium dihydrogenphosphate and was adjusted to pH 2.5.The action about enantiomers entrapped in the matrix and the forming action of the inclusion-complexation between enantiomers and cyclodextrin were mainly dicussed.Moreover,we elaborated the significance of side-on-binding versus inclusion in the cavity of the cyclodextrin and the secondary hydroxyl groups acted the most important role.
