摘要
运用了问卷调查法、文献资料法、统计分析法和教学实验法,通过教学实验验证了网球教学中运用运动表象训练较技术动作的一般领会来讲,其更能有助于迅速地掌握网球技术动作,也反映了把运动表象训练与身体实际操作练习相结合的练习方法比只进行单一的身体练习收效更大,此外运动表象训练在网球选项课教学过程中强调了学生的能力作用,变单一教学信息为多向教学交流,调动了学生大脑的潜能。
By means of questionnaires, literature review, mathematical statistics ana experimental teaching, this article tries to prove the benefit of motile training for mastering skills and movements in tennis teaching compared with the normal practice of skills in teaching. It also demonstrates that the practice method which combines motile training with actual physical practice exercises is much more helpful than just physical practice alone. On the other hand, motile training emphasizes on students' practical abilities in the course of tennis teaching and has turned single-handed information of teaching into a multi-channeled communication in teaching so that students' inner potentials are greatly stimulated.
