摘要
表象演练作为心理练习的方法之一已被广泛应用于体育教学训练中。本文通过实验对比法证明在高校太极拳教学中引用表象演练 ,对提高太极拳教学效果的作用是显著的 ,特别是对成套动作的熟练性及太极拳演练的演练技巧、劲力协调等方面促进作用很大。
As a kind of psychological practice,the idea demonstration has been widely applied to physical education and physical training.A contrastive study of the experiments proves that the application of the idea demonstration to the teaching of taijiquan in college can greatly improve the teaching results,especially the proficiency on the series of skills and tricks,the techniques of practicing taijiquan,and the coordination of strength.
