摘要
回顾了有关表象问题的一系列研究,以表象及表象演练的基本特征为基础,指出了表象演练与心理演练的区别,讨论了表象演练与运动表现的关系,阐述了应将表象作为一种工具或技能的观点,分析了部分研究结果互不一致的方法学原因,提出了今后研究应当考虑的问题.
The article reviews a series of studies associated with image and points out the difference between image rehearsal and mental rehearsal based on the basic features of image and image rehearsal. The relationship between image rehearsal and sports performance was analysed and the view of considering image behavior asa kind of media or skill was presented. Furthermore, the methodological factors causing disagreement in research findings were examined and issues which needs to be considered in further studies were sugges ted.
