摘要
创建一流的高等职业学院,需要全新的教育理念,需要新的学校管理和运行机制,需要一流教学设施。然而一流高职院校的底蕴是优秀的学校文化。本文在构建学习型学校文化实践的基础上,从现代学校文化的理念出发,阐述了“学习型”学校文化对创建一流高职院校的重要性和“学习型”学校文化的理念及创建“学习型”学校文化的举措。
Though fresh education principle, new college management and operation mechanism, first-rate teaching facilities are necessary to build a top ranking colleges, the implication of a good school is excellent campus culture. This paper, based on the practice of constructing learning college culture, and with modem campus culture principles as departure point, elaborates the importance of learning campus culture to a fine college. It also explains the idea of learning campus culture and proposes some measures on how to form it.
