摘要
优化职业院校设置和专业布局是“国家职业教育改革实施方案”确定的国家战略,要树立新发展理念,遵循坚持“四个服务”、深化“产教融合”、凝集“专业集群”、完善“职教体系”、优化“异质特色”和实施“资源共享”的原则,进行梯度、层次、差异的区域职业院校设置和专业布局。县域职业院校、地市职业院校和首府区域职业院校要有不同而又衔接有序的办学定位和专业培养定位。要做好区域经济发展研究,建立支撑区域职业教育发展的中介评估机构和政策环境体系,保障职业院校设置和专业布局达到“着力培养高素质劳动者和技术技能人才”的目的。
Optimizing the establishment and professional layout of vocational colleges is a national strategy determined in the National Program for the Implementation of Vocational Education Reform. It requires to establish new development concept, adhere to the principles of "four services", deepen the "integration of production and education", gather "professional clusters", improve "vocational education system", optimize "heterogeneous features" and implement "resource sharing" and develop the regional vocational colleges setting and professional layout with gradient, level and difference. County vocational colleges, prefectural vocational colleges and regional vocational colleges in the capital should have different and orderly orientation and professional training. It requires to do a good job in research on regional economic development, establish intermediary evaluation institutions and policy and environmental systems to support the development of regional vocational education. It also needs to ensure that the establishment and professional layout of vocational colleges achieves the goal of focusing on training high-quality laborers and skilled talent.
