摘要
研究了合成2-硫代-4-喹唑啉二酮的合成方法,该方法应用膦亚胺与CS2的氮杂Wittig反应,得到异硫氰酸苯酯,再与伯胺平行反应,一次性合成了10种喹唑啉二酮衍生物,产率在61.55%~87.58%,其结构由IR,^1HNMR,^13C所确证.
Twelve 2- thioquinazolin- 4- ones were rapidly synthesized by a new parallel synthetic method, which included aza - Wittig reaction of iminophosphorane with carbon disulfide to give phenyl isothiocyanate and subsequent reaction of isothiocyanate with various amines in a parallel fashion. The structure of compound 2 - thioquinazolin - 4 - ones was confirmed by means of ^1HNMR, ^13C and IR.
