摘要
目的:研究用姜黄生产姜黄素的实用生产工艺。方法:渗漉法提取及大孔树脂分离正交试验。结果:提取姜黄素用9倍体积的70%乙醇,以3 mL/min的速度渗漉为最佳提取工艺;利用D101大孔树脂纯化姜黄素工序中调节上样料液pH为7,用80%乙醇以4 mL/min的速率洗脱为最佳分离工艺。结论:渗漉法提取和大孔树脂分离获得姜黄素的工艺简便、实用、经济,适用于小量生产。
Objective: To establish the optimal technology for extraction and isolation of eureumin from Curcuma longa L.. Methods: Orthogonal design was applied to percolation and isolation with macroporous resin, Results: The optimal extraction method was that Curcuma longa L. decoction was percolated with 9-fold volume of 70% ethanol at the velocity of 3 mL/min and the optimal isolation technology was that the pH of curcumin sample solution was regulated to 7 by 0. 01 mol/L HCI and 0. 01 mol/L NaOH solution and 80% ethanol was used for elution of the velocity of 4 mL/min. Conclusion: This technology of extraction with percolation and isolation with D101 macroporous resin is simple, economic and could be applied to producing small amount of curcumin.
