摘要
研究了用絮凝法处理1,3-丙二醇发酵液,选用10种絮凝剂,以FR值为指标,考察了各种絮凝剂的絮凝效果,对初选出的5种絮凝剂进行复合絮凝,选出了适合于1,3-丙二醇发酵液体系的复合絮凝剂。通过单纯型寻优法确定了最佳絮凝工艺条件,絮凝率达98%以上,且絮凝后上清液清澈、透明,过滤效果良好。
Flocculation of 1,3-propanediol fermented broth with ten different flocculants was studied. Experimental resuits indicated that flocculation ratio could be increased greatly by adding five flocculants among them, so five flocculants with better results were selected out from them. The composite flocculants fit for 1,3-propanediol fermented broth was selected with composite flocculation test individually, carried out with the five selected flocculants. Factors which influence the flocculation were optimized by the simply search method and the optimum flocculation condition have been gained. Flocculation ratio reached to 98% and the supernatant liquid was lucid and easily filtered.
