摘要 近年来由于各种抗菌药物的广泛使用,导致肺炎克雷伯菌多重耐药现象普遍存在,给临床治疗带来极大的困扰,造成医院获得性肺炎感染严重的现状。着重论述了肺炎克雷伯菌流行现状、耐药机制、致病因子及防治措施。 Phenomena of multi-drug resistances of Klebsiella pneumoniae recently has existed widely because of the extensive uses of general application of kinds of antibiotics, and has brought clinical treatment in tremendous troubles and made hospital acquired pneumonia (HAP) increase rapidly, Epidemic status, mechanism of drug resistance, pathogenesis factor, and controlling measure of K. pneumoniae are emphasized in, this paper.
