摘要
我国的法律与其它法制较为健全的国家的法律相比,语言失范问题更为普遍和严重。造成我国当前立法语言失范的原因主要有:专司法律起草机构的缺失,立法技术研究的滞后,语言审查程序的缺位,语言规范意识的淡薄以及汉语特性和汉人思维形式的影响。
The comparison between China＇s laws and the laws of the countries with perfect legal systems shows the fact that the problem of breaking of norms in legislative terms in China is widespread and rather serious. Reasons for it have much to do with the lack of academic organizations which are to be responsible for the drafting of laws,the lagged research of legislative technology, the vacancy of language checking procedure, the weak awareness of language norms and the influence of Chinese language features and Chinese thinking mode.
