摘要
民族区域自治法是中国特色社会主义法律体系的重要组成部分,是具体规定民族区域自治制度的基本法。改革开放40年来我国民族区域自治法不断发展与完善,取得了举世瞩目的成就。文章重点梳理了改革开放以来民族区域自治法的立法进程,统计了民族区域自治法落实到地方的实施情况,最后对民族区域自治法的历史贡献进行介绍,并对我国民族区域自治法中尚存在的问题以及发展趋势进行了阐述。
As a basic law that specifically prescribes the system of regional ethnic autonomy,the law on regional ethnic autonomy is an important component of socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics.Since China's program of reform and opening up was started in 1978,the law on regional ethnic autonomy has developed and improved,making a wonderful achievement.In the article,the author discussed the law-making process for regional ethnic autonomy since1978,talked about local implementation of regional ethnic autonomy,illustrated historical contribution of law on regional ethnic autonomy,and described problems in and future trend of law on regional ethnic autonomy.
