摘要
研究了某特种重型车三轴平衡悬架在考虑车架、摆臂等主要部件弹性变形基础上的运动干涉校核问题,建立了基于整车的有限元计算模型并进行了计算分析。计算分析结果表明,对于特殊情况下不考虑车架等主要部件的弹性变形进行多轴平衡悬架运动干涉校核是不充分的,可能会得到不正确的结果。
With the primary components' elastic deformation in consideration,this article did some researches on the motion interference verification of the 3 axles equalising-suspenion for a special type heavy-duty truck. The finite element model for the entire truck was built up and calculated. The result shows that it is insufficient to do the motion interference verification without consideration of primary components elastic deformation, which would not receive the right result.
