摘要
如果T式自卸车举升机构设计不当,在举升过程中三角臂和货箱可能发生运动干涉,甚至导致油缸等部件损坏。为此,从运动学和动力学角度研究了T式举升机构运动干涉问题,建立了考虑运动干涉的T式举升机构设计模型,分析了干涉存在时油缸推力变化情况,并开发了能够进行干涉检查的T式举升机构设计模块。
If T-type lifting mechanism of dump mack is not properly designed, the interference between triangular arm and cargo body may happen, and even results in parts damage. The paper studies motion interference problem of T-type lifting mechanism from the perspectives of kinematics and dynamics, establishes simulative model of T-type lifting mechanism considering motion interference, analyzes the change of cylinder thrusts when the interference happens, and finally develops design module of T-type lifting mechanism which can check interference situation .
