摘要
目的分析心理健康因素对高校教师职业倦怠的影响。方法用随机抽样的方法对高校教师进行教师职业倦怠问卷(MaslachBurnoutInventory-ES)测量和症状自评量表(SCL-90)测量,对测量的结果进行相关分析和回归分析。结果高校教师职业倦怠与SCL-90各因子均呈显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论心理健康因素影响高校教师职业倦怠的发生,提高高校教师的心理健康水平可能减少高校教师职业倦怠的发生。
Objective To analyzes the influence of psychological factors on the rehabilitation of the professional ennui (PE) of teachers in Institutions of Higher Learning (TIHL), Methods Maslach Burnout Inventory-ES and the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL- 90) were used to investigate the subjects of TIHL. Results The scores of PE showed distinct positive correlation with every factor of SCL-90 (P〈0.01). Conclusion PE of TIHL is correlative with SCL-90, which seems that improvement of psychology may improve the PE of TIHL.
