摘要
目的了解河南省中学教师心理健康水平现状,探索提高教师心理健康水平的方向。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),随机抽取郑州、洛阳、开封、许昌、焦作、周口、南阳、信阳等地的中学教师施测,运用SPSS18.0对数据进行统计分析。结果①398名有效被试中,男性中学教师SCL-90得分略高于女性教师但无显著性差异(t=1.154,P>0.05);②农村中学教师SCL-90得分显著高于城镇教师(t=3.017,P<0.01);③班主任教师SCL-90得分略高于非班主任教师但无显著性差异(t=1.733,P>0.05);④初中教师SCL-90得分显著高于高中教师(t=2.449,P<0.05);⑤中学教师心理健康得分明显高于全国成人常模(t=7.562,P<0.001)。结论河南省中学教师心理健康水平比较差,尤其是初中教师、农村教师的心理健康水平。
Objective To know the present situation of mental health of middle school teachers' in Henan province,and explore the direction of improving teachers' mentall health level. Methods :Randomly choose middle school teachers from such as Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Kaifeng, Xuchang, Jiaozuo,Zhou kou, Nanyang, Xinyang areas were tested with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL --90) ,Using SPSS18.0 to analysis of data. Results①In all of a98 subjects,male middle school teachers were not significantly higher than female in SCL--90 score (t = 1.154 ,P〉O. 05) ;②The SCL--90 score of rural middle school teachers was significantly higher than that of urban teachers (t = 3.017,P〉0.01 );③The SCL--90 score of teachers who were in charge of the class was not higher than those teachers who were not in charge of the class(t= 1. 733,P〉0.05);④The SCL--90 score of the junior middle school teachers was significantly higher than that of high school teacher (t = 2. 449, P% 0. 05);⑤The score of middle school teachers' mental health was significantly higher than the national adult norms(t=7. 562,P〉0. 001). Conclusion The emental health level of middle school teachers in Henan is low,especially rural or junior middle school teachers,
