摘要
目的 了解少数民族地区农村人群结核病相关知识认知情况和在获得疾病知识时的影响因素,为健康促进策略实施提供科学依据。方法 采用随机抽样的方法抽取调查对象,对抽取的患者、患者的家属及居民进行问卷调查。结果 89.6%居民听说过肺结核病,86.2%人认为肺结核有传染性,13.8%人认为肺结核是不会传染的;75.2%被调查者知道“遵照医嘱”、“及早治疗”和“增加营养”是治愈肺结核病的三项重要措施;36.2%的结核病患者不知道治愈肺结核病的疗程为6~8个月;有45.8%居民不知道有结核病防治机构;38.1%的居民不知道有结核病免费诊疗项目;传播结核病知识的渠道主要以“医生的介绍”、“看电视”和“聊天”为主。结论 少数民族地区对结核病具有传染性的认知程度较高,但对结核病防治机构和提供结核病免费诊治的知晓率低,现代传播媒体传播肺结核病知识的作用还不够理想,应根据调查的结果,选择适合的方式加强少数民族地区相关知识的普及与教育工作,提高结核病控制水平。
Objective To investigate the current status of knowledge about tuberculosis among rural population in Turfan Area in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1156 rural residents in 24 townships of Turfan area, 617 males and 543 females, aged 18-65, 72.6% being Uigurs, 18.0% being Hans, 8.0% being of Hui nationality, 40.0% with the educational level of junior middle school, 28.0% with the educational level of primary school, 22.0% with the educational level of senior middle school and over, and 10.0% being illiterates, 9.1% currently suffering from TB and 13.1% being the family members of TB patients, all selected by random sampling. Results 89.6 % of the respondents had heard of TB, 86.2% knew the infectivity of TB, 13.8% had heard of the 3 important measures of TB treatment: compliance to the doctor's order, timely treatment, and enhanced nutrition, 36.2% did not know the curative course of TB treatment. 45.8% of them did not know the existence of TB prevention and control institutions, and 38.1% did not know the existence of free TB diagnosis and treatment program. The main resources of relevant knowledge included doctor' s speech, TV programs, and chat. Conclusion The residents of area populated mainly by Uygnr nationality know rather well the infectivity of TB, however, the knowledge rates of the existence of TB prevention and control institutions and free diagnosis and treatment. Modern media still fail to play a role in the spread of TB knowledge.
