摘要
目的分析菏泽市结核病流调资料,了解本市结核病防治知识知晓率。方法分层整群抽取本市三个流调点,采用统一的知晓率调查问卷对4501例村民进行现场知晓率调查。结果本市总的知晓率为42.8%;不同性别、年龄人群知晓率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),男性高于女性,呈现出随年龄增加知晓率递减的趋势;通过与全国性的大样本调查结果比较,本市知晓率低于全国水平。结论本市群众结核病防治知识知晓率不容乐观,结核病健康教育任重而道远。
Objective Analyze epidemiological survey data of Heze City to understand the awareness about tuberculosis. Method 4501 cases of three epidemiological points were selected with multistage cluster sampling, the survey was conducted by using unified questionnaire. Results The total awareness rate is 42. 8%, the difference between different sex and age has statistical signicance （ P 〈 0.05 ）, awareness rate in male is higher than female and present degressive trend with age increased; and compare with the national large sample survey resuit, the rate of our city is lower than national level. Conclusion awareness rate of TB control in the masses of our city is not optimistic, we should do more work to strengthen TB health education.
