摘要
目的:建立怡康灵胶囊含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定。色谱条件:色谱柱:YMC-PACK ODS柱,流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(48:52:1);检测波长为276 nm。结果:黄芩苷的量在0．84-1．96μg之间,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0．999 8),加样回收率为100．07％;重复性试验RSD为1．08％。结论:本方法灵敏,方便,分离良好,结果满意。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination the content of baicalin in the Yikangling Capsules. Method： YMC-PACK HPLC ODS column （150 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol-water-ice acetic acid （48： 52：1 ）. The detection wavelength was at 276 nm. Result： A linearity was obtained for baicalin from 0.84 μg to 1.96 μg （r = 0.999 8 ）, and the average recovery was 100.07% （RSD = 1.08% ）. Conclusion ： This method is sensitive and accurate.
