摘要
用反相ＨＰＬＣ法分离测定中药复方清肺止泻冲剂中黄芩甙的含量，在ＯＤＳＣ－１８柱上，以甲醇－水－四氢呋喃（２００：３００：５０）为流动相，紫外检测，黄芩甙与其他成分分离良好，外标法定量，回收率为１０１．４％，ＲＳＤ为０．８３％。
The baicalin in the compound recipe of traditional Chinese medicine Lung-cleaning and Diarrhoea-re-lieving Infusion was deterrmined by reverse phase high pressure liquid chromatographic method. Methanol-water-te-trahydrofuran (200 : 300 : 50) was used as the mobile phase at ODS C-18 column with ultravioet detection. The re-sult showed that baicalin was separated well from other components. Extemal standard method was used for quantita-tive determination. The recovery rate was 101. 4% and RSD 0. 83 %.
