摘要
目的:建立敖乐木斯-5含量测定方法。方法:应用反相HPLC法。结果:本制剂中羟基红花黄色素A在0.0336～0.2016mg.mL-1浓度范围内面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);加样回收率为98.20%,RSD为0.59%(n=6)。结论:该方法具有简便、准确、灵敏度高等特点,可作为本品的质控方法。
Aim：To establish a method for the determination of the content of Aolemusi―5.Methods ：The determination was performed by RP-HPLC.Results：The hydroxyl safflower yellow pigment grain A in this product was showing a good linear relationship of arer and concentration in the concentration range of 0.0336～0.2016mg·ml-1（r=0.9999） The average recovery was 98.20% and RSD was0.59%（n=6）.Conclusion： This method was simple,accurate,high sensitivith and can used as qualith control of product.
