摘要
纳米WO3薄膜在电致变色、气敏材料、共催化剂领域具有广阔的应用前景。综述了纳米WO3薄膜的制备及掺杂对其变色性质的影响。
Nano WO3 film absorbes more attention because of its potential wide applications as electrochromics, gas sensing materials and electrocatalysts. This paper reviews the methods of its preparation and the effect of doping on its property. Preparation techniques include vacuum heating, sputtering, chemical vapor deposition, electrodeposition, sol-gel, et al. The size, crystal and charaterzation of nano WO3 film depend on preparation and anion doping.
