摘要
本文采用“改进电沉积法”制备 WO3薄膜 ,并研究了该薄膜的后氧处理方法 ,以及后氧处理条件对薄膜的电化学特性 ,尤其是红外反射率的影响。结果表明 ,经该方法处理过的薄膜 ,其红外反射率调制能力提高 8%。
In this paper,we prepared WO 3 films by improved electrodeposition.We also studied the post-oxidation treatment of WO 3 films and the influence of the technological process of the treatment on the electrochemic properties,especially the infrared reflectivity of the films.T h e results indicated that the infrared reflectivity modulation capacity of the fi lms could be improved 8% after the post-oxidation treatment. -
