摘要
采用循环伏安法、线性扫描伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了丁香酚在纳米WO3修饰碳糊电极(CPE)上的伏安行为,发现纳米WO3能显著提高丁香酚的氧化峰电流.优化了各实验参数,建立了一种直接测定丁香酚的电分析方法.该方法的线性范围为8.0×10-8~2.0×10-4mol/L良好的线性关系,开路富集90 s后检出限为1.0×10-8mol/L.成功应用于样品检测,回收率在96.5%~109%之间.
The voltammetric behaviour of eugenol was investigated by cyclic voltammetry(CV),linear-sweep voltammetry(LSV) and differential pulse voltammtry(DPV) on a nano-WO3 modified carbon paste electrode(CPE).It is found that nano-WO3 significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of eugenol.All the experimental parameters were optimized and a sensitive electrochemical method was developed for the determination of eugenol.The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of eugenol from 8.0×10-8mol/L to 2.0×10-4mol/L,The detection limit is about 1.0×10-8mol/L for 90s accumulation.The methods was appropriate for the detection of sample,and the recovery rate is between 96.5% to 109%.
