摘要
为了研究合适的城市交通运输项目经济评价方法,通过指出传统的费用效益分析法的不足——效益或费用的估算不完全,提出了以费用效果分析为基础,综合层次分析法的城市交通运输项目经济评价体系.最后通过应用举例说明该评价体系较费用效益分析法更适用于城市交通运输项目.
The objective of this paper was to study suitable economic evaluation methods for urban transportation projects, to point out some shortcomings of traditional benefit-cost analysis which does not capture all the benefits or costs relating to urban transportation projects, then the paper proposes a economic evaluation methods system on the basis of cost-effectiveness analysis method for urban transportation projects, which contains analysis hierarchy process method. The application of the methods system to a case study suggests that the methods system can be a useful alternative to traditional benefit-cost analysis for urban transportation projects.
