摘要
五年制高职学生有其独特的特点:年龄小,文化基础差,行为规范差,“自我意识”极度膨胀。所以在班级管理中既不能“放任自流”,又不能实行强制的家长式管理。班主任在班级管理中应实现“无为而治”的最终目的,要注重“理”而轻于“管”,只有注意教育者的“无为”,才能真正促进受教育者的“有为”。
The students in five-year high vocational schools have special characteristics: being young, self-centered, and lacking large scope of knowledge and self-discipline. So in class management, the superior can neither let students be nor manage them compellingly like their parents. The superior' s managing goal is to keep students abiding by every rule in school without any compelling control. Only when teachers achieve this can students make achievements.
