摘要
《现代汉语词典》认为“娭毑”是汉语方言,它有两个意义:一是指称祖母;一是尊称老年妇女。综合各地汉语方言以及苗、瑶、畲、壮侗语的情况来看,“娭毑”有如下几种意义:称呼母亲;称呼祖母;称呼外祖母;对祖母辈的妇女的尊称;族人对外婆的尊称。“娭毑”主要在湘方言中使用;“(女哀)姐”主要在客家话中使用。就“娭毑”、“(女哀)姐”和“依呀”而言,至少可以说客家方言与湘方言、畲语、苗语、瑶语、壮侗语同源。
＂Aijie＂ is a word of Chinese dialect in Contemporary Chinese Dictionary. It has two meanings： one is grandmother and the other is the respectful form of address which used to call old lady. As situation that synthesize various Chinese dialects and language of Miao. Yao. She as wen as language of Zhuangdong, ＂aijie＂ has some meanings as follows： mother, grandmother, paternal grandmother; the respectful form of address that used to call ancestral woman; the respectful form of address that used to call grandmother by clan members; the respectful form of address that used to call old lady. ＂Aijie＂ is mainly used in Xiang dialect while ＂weijia＂ is mainly used in Hakka dialect. As far as ＂aijie＂. ＂weijia＂ and ＂yiya＂ are concerned, Hakka dialect. Xiang dialect and language of She、 Miao、Yao、Zhuangdong are of same source.
