摘要
苄达赖氨酸为一醛糖还原酶抑制剂,能有效的延缓白内障的进展,起到改善和维持视力的作用,是治疗老年性白内障的有效药物。本文报道以苯肼为起始原料,经4步反应,制得苄达赖氨酸,总收率可达46.8%。
Bendazac lysine is a kind of aldose reductase inhibitor. It is an effectual antleataract drug for improving and keeping person＇s vision. In this paper, bendazac lysine was synthesized from phenyl hydrazine by 4 steps, and an overall yield was up to 46.8 %.
