摘要
目的观察障复康对大鼠D-半乳糖性白内障的预防作用。方法Wistar大鼠120只随机分为6组。正常对照组和模型组灌胃生理盐水,阳性对照组灌胃障眼明片,障复康高、中、低3个剂量组灌胃相应剂量的障复康连续18 d。灌胃给药第4天,除正常对照组以外的各组动物开始腹腔注射质量分数为50%的D-半乳糖诱发白内障模型,连续15 d。定期观测晶体混浊程度,造模结束后检测各组大鼠晶体超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果障复康3个剂量组均能不同程度地减轻晶体混浊程度,且能提高晶体SOD活力和MDA含量。结论障复康对大鼠D-半乳糖性白内障有一定的预防作用,作用强度强于阳性药障眼明。
Objective To investigate the protection effect of Zhangfukang (ZFK, traditional Chinese medicines) on rats with galactose cataract. Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. Distilled water were administered intragastricly to rats in both normal and model control groups, Zhangyanming (ZYM, traditioual Chinese medicines) and ZFK were administered intragastricly to rats in the positive control and high-dose, medium-dose and low-dose of ZFK groups respectively for 18 days. From the fourth day after intragastric administration, all rats except those in normal control group were injected peritoneally with 50 % D-galactose for 15 days to induce galactose cataract. The degrees of lents opacity were observed under a split-lamp microscope in all groups on 10th day, 12th day and 15th day after peritoneal administration of D- galactose. In addition, the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the lenses were measured at the end of experiment. Results The development of lens opacity in ZFK groups were slower than that in model group (P 〈 0.05), the activity of SOD were higher and the content of MDA were lower in ZFK groups than those in model group (P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.01, respectively). Conclusions ZFK can postpone and alleviate galactose cataract in rats and its effect is better than that of ZYM.
