摘要
目的 探讨阿魏酸钠注射液治疗缺血性视神经病变的临床效果。方法 12 0例 (12 0只眼 )缺血性视神经病变患者 ,随机分成治疗组和对照组各 6 0例。对照组给予常规治疗 ,治疗组给予阿魏酸钠注射液 30 0 mg/d静脉滴注 ,15天为一疗程。测定治疗前后视力、视野、视网膜中央静脉血流速度 (CRV )、视网膜中央动脉平均收缩期峰值血流速度 (PSV )。结果 应用阿魏酸钠治疗后 ,视力、视野明显改善 ,CRV和 PSV显著提高 ,与对照组治疗后相比均有显著性差异 ,疗效优于对照组。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sodium Ferulate on ischemic optic neuropathy(ION).Methods 120 patients(120 eyes) of ION randomly divided into two groups.60 patients(60 eyes)in treatment group were cured with Sodium Ferulate 300mg/d intravenously;60 patients(60 eyes) in control group were cured with routine treatment.Before and after 15 days therapy,the visual acuity and field as well as central retinal rein velocity(CRV)and mean peak systolic velocity (PSV)of central retinal artery were examinized on each patient.Result After therapy,the visual acuity and field as well as CRV and PSV in both groups were improved significantly than those of pretreatment.The effective rate of Sodium Ferulate in treatment group were superior to those in control group.Conclusion Sodium Ferulate is an effective agent on treating ION.
