摘要 以豆甾醇为原料,采用Pd/C为催化剂,通过单因素实验、正交实验探讨了β-谷甾烷醇的制备工艺条件。确定最佳反应条件为:反应温度82℃,反应时间8 h,原料配比(异丙醇∶豆甾醇,摩尔比)80∶1,Pd/C催化剂用量0.16%(以Pd计)。在最佳反应条件下,β-谷甾烷醇摩尔转化率94.80%。 A method of preparing β-sitostanol was introduced,using stigmasterol as raw material. Factors influeneing the conversion were systematically investigated. The optimum reaction conditions found by orthogonal design method were: reaction time 8 h, reaction temperature 82℃, the molar ratio of 2 -propanol to stigmasterol 80: 1 ; and weight of Pd/C was 0.16% the weight of stigmasterol.The conversion of the product reached 94.80% under the optimum conditions.
