介绍了油料与油脂中几种特征性微量活性成分的研究新进展,如plastochromanol-8、苯丙烯酰5-羟色胺、环亚油肽、木脂素、白藜芦醇、甾醇阿魏酸酯、羊毛甾醇、麦角甾醇等,主要介绍了其结构、性质、分布及在加工过程中的变化,为油脂产品的开发提供依据。
Several specialty natural micronutrients in certain oilseeds and oils reported, such as plastochromanol-8, phenylpropanoid amides of 5-hydroxytryptamine, cyclolinopeptides, lignans, resveratrol, sterol ferulate lanosterol, and ergosterol were introduced. Which mainly introduced their structures, properties, distribution and changes in machining process. It provided the basis for the development of oil products.
