摘要
芝麻木脂素具有抗氧化、降血脂、保肝、抗癌、降血压等多种生物活性,在食品和医药领域具有诱人的应用前景。综述了芝麻木脂素的类型、化学结构、提取检测及其生物活性,深入研究芝麻木脂素的活性作用机制,为产品开发利用提供参考。
Sesame lignans have an attractive prospect in food and drug industry for their multiple biological activities,such as anti-oxidative activity,cholesterol and lipid-lowering,protection against liver damage,anticarcinogenic and antihypertensive activities.This paper reviews the type of sesame lignans,chemical structure,isolation and their biological activities in order to further study on the bioactivity mechanism,which will provide reference for development and utilization of sesame lignans.
