摘要
采用薄层层析、溶剂结晶、高分辨气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用等方法对翅果油植物甾醇的成分进行了提取分离与分析,确定了β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇、豆甾烷醇、麦角甾醇、5-氯-豆甾烷-3-醇乙酸酯、麦角甾-5-烯-3β-醇、豆甾-5,24(28)-双烯-3β-醇、豆甾烷-7,24(28)-双烯-3β-醇、豆甾烷-3,5-二烯等10种化合物。
The unsaponifiable matters in key fruit oil were extracted, separated and analyzed with thin layer chromatogram, crystallization, as well as GC-TOF-MS. Ten ingredients including β-sitosterol, stigmasterol, stigmastanol, ergosterol, 5-chlorostigmastan-3-yl acetate, ergost-5-en-3β-ol, stigmasta-5, 24 (28) -dien-3β-ol, stigmasta-7, 24(28)- dien-3β-ol and stigmastan-3, 5-diene, were identified.
