摘要
随着市场经济体制的不断完善和教师主体意识的增强,高校间教师流动速度大大加快,导致教师资源分布的不合理,教师过剩与短缺、开发与浪费并存的现象普遍存在,教师资源总体配置效益不高。构建我国高校教师良性流动机制要坚持教师与高校共同效益最大化的原则,处理好“流”与“留”的关系。高校教师良性流动机制主要包括“来去自由”、“信息化”、“柔性化”、”三个留人”等流动机制。
Along with the perfection of the market economic system and the strengthening of teachers' subject consciousness, the mobility of college teachers speeds up , which causes an unreasonable distribution of the teachers' resources and the inefficiency of the teachers' resources. In order to construct a good mobile mechanism for college teachers, the principle for the greatest benefit of teachers and colleges must be persist in, and the re- lation between "mobility " and "stay" must be handled correctly. The good mobile mechanism for college teachers includes the freedom of coming and going , the informatization , flexibility and 3 ways for keeping teachers
