摘要
建立了以花生胚轴为外植体,通过器官发生途径高效率诱导丛生芽发生的技术体系。该体系芽分化诱导率高达83%,外植体平均出芽数为6.8个,重复性好。同时建立了花生幼胚离体培养再生体系,通过胚状体发生途径获得理想的体胚,并再生出正常的植株。
The regeneration system was obtained from peanut cotyledonary axis through organo- genesis. Its maximum shoot inductivity was 83 %,and the average number of induced shoots was 6.8. Another regeneration system was induced from immature embryoos through embryogenesis. Somatic embryoos and normal regenerated plants have been obtained.
