摘要
本文介绍了一种新型装饰材料——微晶玻璃/金属复合材料。在微晶玻璃与金属基体复合过程中,基础玻璃组分的选择对两者结合质量有较大的影响。用XRD、DTA及相关测试手段对基础玻璃、微晶玻璃和复合材料试样进行了研究,结果表明:ZnO/Al2O3(质量比)>1时,微晶玻璃与金属达到了良好的匹配,具有较高的结合强度。
A new construction decorative material glass ceramic/metal compound material was introduced. In the procedure of composing, the composition of the base glass had great effects on the quality of the compound material. It was manifested that when the composition of the base glass ZnO/Al2O3 〉1, the glass-ceramics matched the metal substrate well with good composition intensity by XRD, DTA and other testing measures.
