摘要
采用无卤阻燃剂二乙基次磷酸铝,玻璃纤维对半芳香尼龙6T/66进行阻燃增强改性。利用红外光谱法表征其化学结构;通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TG)研究其热行为;测试了聚合物的力学性能及其阻燃性能。结果表明,阻燃剂与半芳香尼龙树脂有良好的复合效果;复合材料具有优异的力学性能和流动性,阻燃级别达到UL94 V-0,适用于电子电器外壳材料。
The halogen-free flame retardant reinforced PA6T/66 was prepared with diethylphosphinic acid aluminum salt and glass-fiber. Chemical structure of the composite was characterized with infrared spectrometry. Thermal behaviors of the composite were tested by means of differential scanning calorimetry and thermogravimetry. Mechanical properties and flame retardant of the composite were tested. The results showed that the retardant and semi-aromatic nylon had good composite effect; the composite showed excellent mechanical properties and liquidity, and it achieved the flame resistance of UL94 V-0, which was suited for electrical and electronic shell material.
