摘要
目的合成非甾体类抗炎药奥沙普秦。方法以安息香为起始原料,采用微波辐射下的一锅工艺快速合成奥沙普秦。结果全程反应时间由常规条件下的5h缩短为10min,收率由常规方法的63%提高到72%。结论微波法合成奥沙普秦产率高,速度快。
Objective To synthesize nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug oxaprozin. Methods oxaprozin was synthesized by the microwave irradiation in one pot reaction. Results The yield of the oxaprozin was increased from 63 % to 72 % and the time was shortened from 5h to 10min. Conclusion The microwave irradiation accelerated the reactions siynificartly and the yield was increased
