摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定奥沙普秦的有关物质。方法:采用 Shim-pack-ODS-C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(50:50,用磷酸调水 pH 为2.5)为流动相,流速1.2 mL·min^(-1),检测波长254 nm。结果:奥沙普秦的线性范围为1.221-2.849 mg·mL^(-1),检测限为2.9 ng,精密度为0.4%。结论:本方法简便可靠,可用于奥沙普秦的质量控制。
Objective:To establish HPLC method for determination of the related substances of oxaprozin.Meth- ods:The column:Shim-pack-ODS-C_(18) column (150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),the mobile phase:acetonitrile-wa- ter(50:50 previously adjusted with phosphoric acid to pH of 2.5),the flow rate:1.2 mL·min^(-1),the detection wavelength:254 nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship in the range of 1.221-2.849 mg·mL^(-1) (r= 0.9998).The reproducibility and the method was good.Conclusion:The method for the determination of oxaprozin by HPLC is simple and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of oxaprozin.
