摘要
奥沙普秦主要用于风湿关节炎和肩周炎的治疗。由安息香与丁二酸酐在吡啶存在下反应得到中间产物4-氧-4-(2-氧-1,2-二苯基乙氧基)丁酸。以HAc为溶剂,再将4-氧-4-(2-氧-1,2-二苯基乙氧基)丁酸与HAc铵反应合成奥沙普秦,产率为75.9%。该合成方法操作简单,适合工业化生产。
Oxaprozin is mainly used for treatment of rheumatism arthritis and scapulohumeral periarthritis. In the presence of pyfidine, benzoin reacted with succinic anhydride to obtain the intermediate production 4-oxo-4- (2-oxo-1, 2-diphenylethox)butanoic acid. Oxaprozin was synthesized by the intermediate production 4-oxo-4- (2-oxo-1, 2-diphenylethox)butanoie acid reacting with ammonium acetate, in the presence of acetic acid. The reaction yield was 75.9%. The process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
