摘要
在微波辐射条件下,以水合肼、尿素和苯甲醛为原料,采用一釜两步法合成了苯甲醛缩氨基脲。通过单因素实验研究了反应物摩尔比、微波辐射功率、辐射时间等因素对苯甲醛缩氨基脲收率的影响。结果表明,微波辐射可以促进苯甲醛缩氨基脲的合成,在优化的合成条件下,即n(水合肼)∶n(尿素)∶n(苯甲醛)=1∶2.5∶1.1,水合肼与尿素反应的微波辐射功率为500 W、反应温度为101℃、微波辐射时间为20 min,氨基脲和苯甲醛反应的微波辐射功率为500 W、反应温度为80℃、微波辐射时间为20 min时,苯甲醛缩氨基脲的收率可达85.28%。
Benzaldehyde semicarbazone was synthesized from hydrazine hydrate, urea and benzaldehyde under microwave irradiation through two synthesis steps in one pot. By single factor test, effects of reactant ratio, microwave irradiation power and microwave irradiation time on reaction were studied. The experimental results showed that microwave irradiation could enhance the yield of benzaldehyde semiearbazone. Optimal reaction conditions were determined as follows: n(hydrazine hydrate) : n(urea) : n(benzaldehyde) = 1 : 2.5 : 1.1, hydrazine hydrate reacted with urea at 101℃ with microwave irradiation of 500 W for 20 min,semicarhazide reacted with benzaldehyde at 80℃ with microwave irradiation of 500 W for 20 min. Under above conditions, the yield of benzaldehyde semicarbazone reached 85.28%.
