摘要
本文研究了面向大规模定制的专用车产品配置问题,针对自卸车举升机构提出了产品配置方案,建立了举升机构的统一数字模型,并编制了产品配置优化设计程序,对典型的自卸车进行了举升机构配置,取得了较好的结果,为自卸车举升机构的设计提供了有效的工具。
This paper studies the problem of product configuration on special truck for mass customization raises product configuration solution which aimed at lifting mechanism of dump truck creates uniform digital models of lifting mechanism gives optimization configuration program then configures special lifting mechanism of typical dump truck and gets preferable result. The configuration method provides an effective tool for lifting mechanism design of dump truck.
