摘要
车架作为宽体矿用自卸车的核心部件,实体模型创建、结构的优化设计以及复杂工况的虚拟验证存在大量重复工作,在一定程度上制约产品更新迭代的速度。随着参数化工具的深入应用,以宽体车车架为研究对象,寻求一种普适的快速建模技术。创建参数驱动有限元模型,并将数字化模型转换成可用于有限元分析的网格模型,最后借助APDL语言的调用完成ANSYS分析,实现车架部件的快速设计与快速验证。
As the core component of wide-body mining dump truck, there are a lot of repeated work in the creation of solid model, the optimization design of structure and the virtual verification of complex working conditions, which restricts the speed of product renewal and iteration to a certain extent. With the in-depth application of parametric tools, taking the wide-body truck frame as the research object, a universal fast modeling technology was sought. The parameter driven finite element model was created,and the digital model was transformed into a mesh model that can be used for finite element analysis.Finally, the ANSYS analysis was completed with the help of APDL language, so as to realize the rapid design and verification of frame components.
