摘要
以钛酸四丁酯和正硅酸乙酯为原料,通过溶胶-凝胶法合成了TiO2/SiO/光催化剂, 通过XRD和FT-IR分析,确定氧化钛是通过Ti-O-Si键联结在SiO2表面上。探讨了催化降解条件的变化对降解蒸煮黑液的影响,确定了TiO2/SiO2催化降解黑液的最佳工艺条件。
In this paper, TiO2/SiO2 was prepared by means of sol-gel using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and tetrabutylorthotitanate (TBOT). Based on the results of XRD analysis and FT-IR analysis, the growth of titania on the silica seems to occur by anchoring of the TiO2 phase through Ti-O-Si cross-linking bonds. Photocatalytic properties for pulp black liquor under different photodegradation conditions were discussed. The optimum conditions of photodegradation of black liquor were given at last.
