摘要
以多孔硅胶为基质 ,钛酸四丁酯和环已烷为源 ,通过浸渍的方法 ,合成了表面键联型TiO2/SiO2 光催化剂 ,通过Zeta电位、BET和粒度分析、XRD分析、FTIR分析 ,确定氧化钛是通过Ti-O -Si键的联结负载在多孔硅胶表面上。探讨了催化降解条件的变化对降解活性艳红X—3B ;活性亮橙K—R和阳离子红CIR—22的影响 ,最后确定了TiO2/SiO2催化降解偶氮染料的最佳工艺条件。
In this paper,Surface bond-conjugated TiO 2 /SiO 2 was prepared by means of the soakag-ing method using cyclohexane solution of Ti(OC 4 H 9 ) 4 and silica substrate as fundus.Based on the results of Zeta voltage,BETand granularity analysis,XRD analysis,FTIR analysis,the growth of ti-tania(predominantly anatase)on the silica substrate seems to occur by anchoring of the TiO 2 phase through Ti-O-Si cross-linking bonds.photocatalytic properties for reactive brilliant red X—3B,reactive brilliant orange K—R and cation red CIR-22under different photodegadation conditions were discussed.The optimum conditions of photodegadation of azo-dye were given at last.
